Precise sawing is the basis for dimensionally accurate profiles and bars. Our high-performance precision saw combines a heavy-duty, robust machine design with state-of-the-art Siemens control technology and achieves dimensional tolerances of ±0.1 mm across the full cutting width of 650 mm. Thanks to its modular design, it can be operated as a stand-alone unit or fully integrated into a production line – manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically – thereby meeting the requirements of a wide variety of production environments. Optional separation systems for good lengths and scrap, as well as interfaces to production control systems, round off the concept.
The robust and low-maintenance design forms the basis for excellent cutting results. A servo-controlled hold-down device with variable force control secures thin-walled profiles just as reliably as solid bars; the integrated chip extraction system ensures a clean cut; and the driven saw table transports the profiles away without causing any scratches. The saw cuts up to 650 mm in width and 250 mm in height with a sheet weight of up to 125 kg/m. The frequency-controlled 22 kW saw motor adjusts its power output to the load, thereby reducing power consumption.
